Join a well-established community-based health group serving Bakersfield, Fresno, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time outpatient position with quarterly phone-only call and flexible scheduling options.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $255,000 $300,000 annually
- $50,000 sign-on bonus + productivity incentives
