Mandated Requirements:
- Provider must be available for nights and weekends
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
- NRP - REQUIRED
