The role of the Financial Counselor is to exemplify excellent customer service skills by acting as a liaison to patient registration and insurance verification and providers. The financial counselor is responsible for interacting with patients, representatives and other customers in a positive manner that results in prompt reimbursement.

• One year patient registration
