Position: Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician |
Description: Annashae is seeking a clinical Psychiatrist to provide services to a mental health facility located in the Chicago. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430 with no weekends, no call & no Holidays. Annual comp is 425K+ with malpractice insurance provided. Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:
-
Documentation of reasons for medication changes.
- Monthly progress note on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychoparmacotherapy -documentation each day as to updates and changes on assigned patients.
- Fitness Status (90 days)
- Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility.
- Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month
- Provide relevant, thorough, and timely psychiatric evaluations within 24 hours of patient admission to the facility, 90-day report, fitness reports, NGRI reports before they come due.
