Practice Settings: 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient setting
VISA: Offering H1B & J1 assistance
Position Highlights:
- Average clinic patients/day (non-negotiable)
On-site lab, X-ray, and PVR scanner
- EPIC EMR system
- DaVinci Surgical Robot access
- Support staff: 2 LPNs, 1 receptionist
- Call: 10 days/month
- Strong referral base from employed and affiliated PCPs
- Patient mix: 50% adult / 50% geriatric
- Current team: 2 Urologists
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary $425K - $500K (Negotiable) + bonus incentives
Sign-on bonus & relocation allowance (negotiable)
3-year contract : Guaranteed salary (Years 1 2), productivity model (Year 3)
Medical school loan repayment negotiable
CME allowance : $5,000
