• 
  Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with call 1:3 (on call for the entire week via phone and in person at the hospital for hematology/oncology consults)
• 
  Job Setting: Outpatient clinic with hospital call coverage
• 
  Types of Cases: 15 outpatients per day in clinic plus APP supervision
• 
  Credentialing:
  

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: MUST be Board Certified in Medical Oncology
• 
  Licensure: Active PA license HIGHLY preferred but will consider providers who need a license and/or have IMLC in hand

• 5 days per week plus call
• HIGHLY prefers local and/or drive-in candidates - will only compensate one flight per month
• Provider must be able to take call in addition to regular day shifts
• Must be available full-time ongoing for a year
