Monday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM 2:00 PM

Average Patient Volume: patients per day

Patient Population: All ages (pediatric through geriatric)

Operatories: 4 chairs, 2 doctors
