Description:
Setting: Outpatient clinic with call
- One consistent Monday Monday week per month (7 shifts)
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM plus night/weekend call (limited, rarely returns onsite)
- Max 15 patients/day
- New visits 30 min Follow-ups 15 min
- Scope includes chemo, immunotherapy, transfusions, LPs, radiation, ablation
No acute leukemia or sickle cell patients
- Start ASAP (privileges days)
Requirements:
MD/DO, completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship, board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology, KY or compact license preferred, BLS/ACLS, DEA, EPIC experience.
