Description: Work Dates Needed: Ongoing Preferred Schedule: (7a-7p, (8, 10, 12): varies M-F, They would like providers that can offer 10-15 shifts per month.one day orient / 1 to 2 days shadow Worksite Setting: Hospital/Inpatient. Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: EM Boarded. Main ED s-yes, FSED-no, ABEM required, EM Boarded: ABEM required. For Frisbie, Parkland and Spotsy an ABPS EM with waiver would be considered but not preferred. EMR: TBD ABEM ONLY Additional information regarding job: AM and PM Shift Coverage Needed: Yes-overnight as well Shift lengths: (8, 10, 12): varies Staffing Model: Varies per site of main Eds, typically only one at FSED What does support staff include: Normal ER support staff Will emergency privileges be an option: No Thank you!
