Description: Work Dates Needed: 5/1/26 - 4/30/27 (base year), With 4 additional option years Preferred Schedule: 7:00a - 3:30p, and on Call Worksite Setting: Government Medical facility Scope of Work: Physician shall cover the range of Anesthesiology services as would be provided in a state of the art health care facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding recognized national standards as established by ASA, additional Statement of Work available Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Any state license(full, unrestricted, never having been restricted, suspended, revoked, etc) Board Cert/Board Elig by American Bd of Anesthesia (ABA), BLS, ACLS, DEA EMR: VistA / and/or Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR)
