Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Provider Requirements:
Board Certification: Required in Gastroenterology
Licensure: Must have or be eligible for Wisconsin medical license
Certifications: Current DEA; ERCP competency required, EUS preferred
Experience: Inpatient gastroenterology experience with procedure capabilities
