Facility Details/Job Specifics:
Active Virginia license required (cannot accept pending licenses at this time)
8s, 10s available. Must work minimum of 40 hours/week. Must provide 2 weeks/month of availability.
weekend in house call is required.
weekday beeper call is preferred but not required.
Case mix includes high volume OB, B&B, endo, ortho, bariatric (small volume). Must be comfortable with all cases; locums do not do hearts. OB is required due to high volume.
CRNAs will always be supervised by MDs. Currently building out residency program which will include resident CRNAs
120 days for full privileges; can grant temporary privileges on case by case basis
