Anesthesiologist
Seeking Board-Certified Anesthesiologists to provide coverage within a medical direction care team model. Physicians oversee CRNAs at a maximum 1:4 ratio and are directly responsible for regional anesthesia, labor and delivery coverage, and all cardiac cases.
Practice Model & Responsibilities
Call Structure
Restricted (C1) call: In-house
16-hour weekday shifts
24-hour weekend shifts
Unrestricted (C2) call: From home
Average callbacks are rare for C2; C1 is in-house
Schedule & Coverage Needs
Coverage needed: 1 week (7 consecutive days) per month starting April 2026
Initial schedule includes 5 10 hour day shifts, with call added once familiar with the facility

Credentialing & Onboarding
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days after completed application
Application turnaround required within 5 days
CV must be chronological from medical school with no gaps over 60 days without explanation
Three references required
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
North Dakota license or IMLC eligibility
Clean malpractice history
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
Availability confirmed at time of name clear
