Description: Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking an Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Types of Cases: Urology Credentialing Timeframe: 12 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena/HMS MedHost and CPOE Certifications Required: Board Certification, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Licensure Required: Active New Mexico license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Facility Location Los Alamos in Spanish means The Cottonwoods.
