Join a collaborative, mission-driven clinic focused on high-quality diagnostic assessments across the lifespan in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time role offers a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work within a truly multidisciplinary team.
Key Highlights:
Schedule: Monday Friday only (clinic hours 7:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Primary Focus: Autism diagnostic assessments & evaluations
Team-Based Model: Work alongside psychologists, therapists, speech, OT, PT, ABA, and family advocates
Optional Therapy Integration if desired
Patient Population: Early intervention through adults
Only state-funded center currently assessing adults
Compensation: $109,000 $145,000 + $10,000 sign-on bonus
Benefits Start Day One: Health, Dental, Vision
Time Off: 3.8 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays + paid birthday
Continuing Education: Paid time off + reimbursement
Credentialing: 30 days
Qualifications: No required certifications (additional credentials welcome)
