Oncology Hematology Locums Job in California Full-Time or Part-Time Ongoing Coverage Starting 3/2/2026 Assignment
Coverage Needed:
3/2/2026 ongoing
Facility hiring one full-time and one part-time provider
Shift Descriptions:
Full-time: 5 days per week, 8am-5pm
Part-time: 2-3 days per week, 8am-5pm
Requirements:
Board certified
Must be licensed in California
BLS and DEA certifications
Clean malpractice/background
Assignment Details:
17-bed inpatient oncology unit with daily multidisciplinary rounds, weekly tumor boards, a rapid diagnosis clinic, and two radiation centers
Support staff includes nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaison for oral medications, research coordinators, genetic counselors, 24/7 anesthesia, and dedicated RN team
EMR: Cerner
Average patients per day: 13-18
Estimated credentialing timeframe: up to 90 days
