OB Laborist Physician Locums Job in Colorado
We are seeking Board Certified OB/GYN Laborist to support a busy Labor & Delivery service with a strong clinical infrastructure and consistent patient volume.
Details of Assignment :
Annual Deliveries: 1,360
Unassigned Walk-In Deliveries: 100 annually
Anticipated OB Hospitalist Volume: 30 deliveries per month
NICU Level: Level III
OB Triage: Dedicated OB triage unit (not an OB ED)
Approximately 125 patients per month seen in triage
24/7 in-house Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians
Strong RN and Resident support on L&D
Patients are assessed immediately with no wait time
All patients are seen by a physician prior to discharge
Call & Backup Support: Multiple OB groups in the area available for backup coverage in the event of simultaneous emergencies
GYN coverage included
Midwife & APP Support: Two Certified Nurse Midwives affiliated with a local FQHC clinic
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Support 24/7
On-site high-risk MFM clinic 4 6 days per month
