Description: Family Medicine Physician - Lakeland, FL New graduates are welcome to apply! Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri 8 - 5), no weekends Job Summary: This position will provide primary care services to adults and children who may have co-occurring behavioral health disorders in our primary care clinic and our Primary Care practice. Will work collaboratively with the Program Director to provide health and wellness education and care management. Will work with psychiatric providers to integrate primary and behavioral health care needs. General Expectations: In the performance of their respective task and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following: a. Ability to report to work with good personal hygiene Essential Duties/Requirements/Activities: Provide physical examinations and order lab work as required. Provides pharmacological management. Performs diagnostic evaluations according to licensure. Participates in peer review. Member of the Medical Staff Panel Ability to arrive to work and be ready to work on time. Qualifications & Experience: A graduate from an accredited medical school A current medical license in the state of Florida Previous clinical experience beyond the required residency BC/BE is required.
