• 
  Schedule: Preference is 5 x 10s, 7 am to 5 pm. Seeking 2 weeks per month availability at minimum
• 
  Job Setting: The Children's Hospital at OU Health
• 
  Types of Cases: 4 to 5 elective pediatric cases per day. Candidates must be willing to do their own cases, some supervision of Residents & CRNAs is possible during assignment
• 
  Credentialing: Facility Credentialing Managed by Client

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology. ABMS/AOA required. Must be Board Certified. PEDS Fellowship trained
• 
  Certifications: BLS, ACLS. Candidates must be able to present case logs for a minimum of 100 Pediatric cases within past 12 months
• 
  Licensure: Must have or obtain Oklahoma medical license prior to employment
