- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice (FP) or Internal Med (IM)
- Outpatient only - hospital employed
- Mon-Fri - 8a-4:30p - 4/10's or 5/8's ok
- Call for own panel only - via phone
- Clinic located near hospital campus but no hospital work required
