Specialist TeleMed (STeM) is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Board-Certified Neurologist to provide virtual consults in an IP/ED Setting We are looking for dedicated physicians committed to making a difference in healthcare by providing telemedicine specialist consultations to healthcare systems and the patients who need them the most. Our team consists of board-certified and board-eligible specialists across more than twenty-four medical and surgical subspecialties nationwide. STeM empowers you to deliver excellent care to patients via telemedicine, creating a better work/life balance.

- Flexible IP/ED scheduling options, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Specialty call shifts (12 or 24 hours) covering hospitals, ERs, and other facilities.
- Flexible Outpatient daytime clinic coverage in blocks of 4-8 hours in your specialty.
- Comprehensive training in technology protocols, workflows, and EMR systems.
- Assistance with state licensing, IMLC, and hospital credentialing.
- Coverage of costs for approved additional state licenses.
- Malpractice insurance provided.
- 1099 independent contractor status.
Requirements:
- Active medical state licenses in good standing.
- DEA license(s), if applicable.
- Experience using technology to deliver virtual patient care.
- Willingness to learn and use streamlined EMR tools.
- Excellent virtual bedside manner and communication skills.
- Secure work environment free from external noise.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Desktop computer, laptop, cell phone, and/or tablet for video visits.
IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensing Compact) preferred but not required.
