Contract
- Locum, 3 month starting contract, long-term extensions available

Job Details:
- Locations throughout Wisconsin
- 40 hours/week
- General Bread & Butter Dentistry
- Extraction Heavy
- Full Support Staff
Start date ASAP (upon credentialing): 2-4 weeks for credentialing.
Required:
- Active Wisconsin License (Will interview without License in hand. Must have upon start date)
- Current BLS certification
- Current DEA certification
