ABOUT THE POSITION:
A well-established group dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.
Monday Friday schedule
Collaborative 2-doctor practice model
General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan)
8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)
Average of patients per day, plus hygiene checks
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to % of adjusted production
PTO with paid holidays
