Requirements:
3 5 years of clinical experience required
DDS or DMD degree with an active, unrestricted Maryland dental license
Completion of a General Practice Residency preferred
High proficiency across all aspects of general dentistry, with a strong emphasis on prevention
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with patients
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Patient Base: 9,050 active patients; 130 new patients per month
Payer Mix: 20% Fee-for-Service / 80% PPO

About Compensation & Benefits:
Strong minimum daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections (typically $700 $850 per day, negotiable)
