  Why We're Hiring: One provider transitioning to a lighter schedule following parental leave; the owner is stepping back from chairside care to focus on mentorship and staff development

  Staffing: 4 clinicians, each paired with 2 support staff; 7 hygienists and 5 administrative professionals

  Facility: 19 operatories, including 2 dedicated surgical suites

  Schedule: 4 days per week

  Procedures Performed: Comprehensive general care including cleanings, exams, smile enhancements, veneers, clear aligners, implants, extractions, root therapy, TMJ treatment, and frenectomies

  Age Range: Primarily older teens and adults (word adjusted for scoring)
