Description: Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Location: Swindon Cross Street Garage is a trusted, family-run business with over 50 years of experience in the motor trade. We're proud to serve both private customers and major fleet clients including BT Openreach, Thames Water, and the Military Police. As an Isuzu main dealer , we also specialise in commercial vehicle servicing and repairs. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities Perform servicing, repairs, and MOT preparation on cars and vans. Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools. Carry out air conditioning repairs and regas. Conduct electrical testing. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively with the team. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable MOT Tester certification. Experience with commercial vehicles and HGVs. Familiarity with hybrid/electric vehicle systems.
