An exceptional opportunity is available for an Associate Dentist to join a thriving, solo private practice in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This practice is the only dental office within approximately 50 miles, resulting in extremely high patient demand, strong production, and outstanding collections. The environment is community-focused, non-corporate, and built on long-term patient relationships and clinical integrity.

• Established private practice (opened late 2025)


• Only dental provider in the area with consistent patient overflow


• Averaging 4 new patients per day


• Fee-for-service only (no Medicaid, no insurance networks)


• Patients routinely travel 1+ hour for care

This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys bread-and-butter dentistry and values strong patient relationships.

Clinical Scope Includes:

No requirement for advanced procedures. Complex cases, implants, and dentures are handled by the owner. A structured and supportive ramp-up period will be provided to ensure long-term success.
