Description: Medicus has partnered with a facility in northern New York that has an opening for a skilled Psychiatrist to provide locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
- Available Shifts: Weekdays (12a-8a or 12a-12p) and weekends (8a-4p, 4p-12a, or 12a-8a)
- Setting: CPEP unit, 56 adult beds and 27 C&A beds
- Daily Volume: 25-40 patients and 10-12 admits across the whole clinical team
- Patient Population: All ages, high-acuity patients
- Support Staff: MDs, APPs, social workers, residents, and nurses
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
