Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Location: Willoughby Hills, Ohio
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• W2 position

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Perform expanded functions in accordance with Ohio state regulations
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
Sterilize and organize dental instruments and materials
Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
Provide patients with post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
Accurately document treatment information in patient charts
Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Assist with patient flow and support the front office as needed
Qualifications
EFDA certification required in the state of Ohio
Radiology certification required
Excellent communication and patient service skills
Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
