Setting: Clinic + OR shifts (4 clinic days, 1 OR day/week)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM No Call
Dates: Starting June 25, 2025, with a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation
EMR: MediTech / Athena
Facility: Equipped with Da Vinci Xi Robot
Support: RN, MA, and full office staff support
Lodging: Facility lodging available
Credentialing: 30 days
Requirements: Michigan License + Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
