Cardiology Physician

• Flexible Full-Time Availability: Seeking providers who can commit to full-time availability plus more, covering:




• 1 2 weeks per month for clinic and weeknight call.


• OR consistent 24-hour weekend call blocks.




• Scope of Practice: Full-scope General Cardiology, including Inpatient rounding, Consults (5 6 new per day), reading images, TEEs, and proctoring stress tests (occasionally).


• Call Details: You will be on call 24/7 during your assignment block. Most calls can be managed remotely from a hotel (must stay within 30 min of the hospital), with rare requirements to come in for stat TEEs or dissections. Average admissions while on call are 5.


• Support: You will work solo but will have APP support (PA-C) most mornings (typically 8a 12p).


• Subspecialty Support: Excellent support from on-site specialties, including CT Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Trauma/ACS, Ortho, Neurosurgery, and more.


• EMR/Charting: Utilize both Epic and Cerner Powerchart.

• Board Status: Board Certified in Cardiology is REQUIRED.


• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.


• Licensure: An Active Pennsylvania State License is REQUIRED. The client will consider IMLC in hand or providers who have already applied for IMLC.


• Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, and DEA are required.

• The target start date is December 1, 2025.


• Privileging is estimated to take 90 days (Full and Temp privileges available).
