Correctional psychiatry opportunity near Houston, Austin, Conroe, or Tyler with weekday-only coverage and long term potential.

Practice Setting
- Correctional health in secure male-only facilities
- Mix of in-person and telepsych roles (tele onsite)
- Psychiatric mid-level support on site
- General population custody levels G1 and G2
Schedule
- Weekdays only, 6:30a to 3p or 9:30a to 6p
- 4x10s available at most sites
- Full time candidates only
Cases and Procedures
- Psychiatric, physical, and neuro exams
- Medication management and due process evaluations
- Forensic experience helpful but not required
Requirements
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Texas license or IMLC LOQ
- BLS, DEA, and clean background required
