Support Worker

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Pay: Up to ss19.00 per hour

We are urgently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team at a secure unit in Hailsham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges.

• Provide high-quality care and support in a secure setting

• Implement behaviour management strategies and maintain a safe environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver individualised care plans

• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently met

• Experience supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs

• Current Restraint Training Certificate (mandatory)

• Ability to work a minimum of 3 long days per week

• Strong communication, resilience, and teamworking skills

• Competitive hourly rate of up to ss19.00
