Pediatrics Physician

Location: Cumberland, Maryland

Schedule: 2-3 days per week

Position Overview:

• 
  Role : Part-Time Pediatrician


• 
  Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days per week, promoting excellent work-life balance.


• 
  Practice Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.


• 
  Setting: Outpatient Only; no newborn rounding or inpatient responsibility.


• 
  Ideal Candidate: A compassionate physician focused on building trusting patient relationships. New resident graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.


• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and manage chronic pediatric conditions.


• Order appropriate tests and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.


• Successful completion of a pediatric residency program.


• Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or Board Eligible (must achieve certification within two years of residency completion).


• Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland.

The salary range for this role is $120,00-$150,000 in base pay and

exclusive of any bonuses

or available benefits(medical, dental, vision, life 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs).The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
