Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

Enterprise Medical Recruiting assists a large La Crosse, Wisconsin system in recruiting a new Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician. The incoming will work in a hybrid, outpatient, and inpatient capacity, focusing on neuro-rehabilitation and the opportunity for MSK work in the outpatient practice.

Practice Details

• Large Multispecialty practice


• Join 8 other PMRs and 7 APCs. They also have 4 Neuropsychologists and 3 Chiropractors


• Mixed inpatient and outpatient practice - 25% inpatient, 75% outpatient


• Outpatient Practice: Focus on neurological rehabilitation, including CVA, SCI, TBI, MS, concussion, spasticity management, including Botox and intrathecal baclofen pump management. MSK is a reduced focus of practice, but available with potential for EMG


• Inpatient is focused on neurorehab with strokes, brain injury, spinal cord injuries, etc.


• Recently remodeled 20-bed inpatient unit in the hospital


• Call is handled by the APCs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
