Description: Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor


JT TRAINING is looking for a part-time Personal Trainer/Coach who's enthusiastic and passionate to train in our current Private, SHAPE and Sports Performance Training programs. This could also turn into or become a full time position/career for the correct motivated individual.


Qualified applicants should love coaching, motivating and have an unmatched passion for changing lives and getting client's results!

_ You need to be able to do the following things VERY WELL: _
Coach SHAPE Training groups of clients ranging in athleticism and fitness levels through strength and metabolic style 30-minute results driven workouts.
Bring an unmatched level of energy and enthusiasm every day (no bad days).
Competently and clearly explain and demonstrate proper form and technique.
Be able to quickly fix form, give cues and modifications as needed.
Be comfortable in front of groups and confidently take charge, motivate and lead them.

_ Skills and Requirements: _
All the above, plus
Degreed (Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology or similar) and Certified (NSCA, ACSM, NATA, NASM, ACE, etc ) recommended but not required for the position.
Current First Aid, CPR and AED certification (we can help you get this if needed).
Experience in Personal/Group Training or a related field.

Hours: Part-Time
Individual will begin with our training and development program
Various coaching times throughout the day Mon-Sat
