Description: An inpatient facility in Minnesota is seeking Emergency Medicine coverage starting in December and continuing on an ongoing basis. Physicians will work 12-hour emergency department shifts performing standard EM duties in a low-admission environment with strong nursing support. This role offers flexible scheduling, emergency privileges, and competitive hourly, holiday, and orientation rates. Schedule / Availability

Shifts: 8 10 per month
Shift Length: 12 hours
Setting: Inpatient Emergency Department
Call: None
Orientation: $150/hour after 8 hours
Hourly Rate: $300/hour
Holiday Rate: $450/hour (1.5 hourly rate)
Job Details & Responsibilities
Duties: Standard Emergency Medicine care
Required Procedures: None
ER Volume: 10,000 annually
Average Admissions: 1 2 per day (hospitalist on duty)
Support Staff: 2 RNs and 1 CNA
EMR: Meditech
Travel Notes:
Preferred lodging: C Mon Inn Park Rapids, MN
Local candidates preferred; all travel considered
Must disclose any travel exceptions or restrictions in submission
Include provider s home city in submission
Credentialing: Emergency privileges granted; no cross-facility credentialing or billing enrollment conflicts
