Inpatient-only Urology coverage in Odessa, Texas with flat-rate daily call pay and flexible monthly scheduling.
Highlights
- Minimum 1 week/month, full-time welcome
- 24-hour call shifts, flat daily rate
- Two half-days per week for post-op follow-ups only
- Start in February, credentialing in 30 days
Practice Setting
- Level III trauma center
- Inpatient only, no clinic intake
- Epic EMR
- CRNA and Anesthesia support
Schedule
- 24-hour call for assigned days
- Choose flexible monthly blocks
- 1 to 2 half-days weekly for post-op patients
Cases and Procedures
- General adult Urology, 10 patients/day
- 50 procedures/month
- Rounding, consults, inpatient procedures
- Da Vinci robot available but not required
Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Texas license
- BLS, DEA, and clean background
Travel Accommodations
- All-inclusive daily rate, travel not billed separately
