This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 1 week in January Setting: Clinic Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 150 days or 2 weeks with Medicaid Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Basic Life Support (BLS) Facility Location Gallup gets its name from David L.
