Position: Manager of Patient Experience & Performance Improvement – Drive Quality & Patient-Centered Care


Description:

We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join a dynamic acute care organization in the Riverside area. This role focuses on improving patient experience, guiding performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of patient-centered care across multiple hospital locations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for driving measurable improvements in healthcare delivery.


Shift Details

Full-time, days. Standard office hours with flexibility across multiple locations. No weekends or holidays required.


Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $100,526 $145,766.
Relocation assistance available.

Your Role

  • Drive performance improvement strategies and patient experience initiatives

  • Translate survey and assessment data into actionable process improvements

  • Educate and support care teams, including physicians, clinical, and non-clinical staff

  • Manage complaint and grievance processes, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with leadership across departments to implement best practices and improve patient outcomes

  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to guide organizational strategies
