Oversee day-to-day unit operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staffing. -
Supervise, evaluate, and coach staff; implement performance plans as needed. -
Ensure compliance with regulatory, national, and specialty nursing standards. -
Assist with unit budgeting, supply management, and quality audits. -
