About the Position We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join a reputable and growing surgical services team in La Grange, North Carolina. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible multiple shift options, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced surgeons, nurses, and specialists. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities -
Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments in advance of surgical procedures -
Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to all sterile technique protocols -
Assist the surgeon and surgical team during procedures -
Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with accuracy and efficiency -
Anticipate needs of the surgical team and adjust to changing situations quickly -
Perform instrument counts, room turnover, and post-operative equipment care -
Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Qualifications -
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (required) -
CST certification preferred; eligibility to obtain considered -
Previous surgical experience preferred but not required for strong new grads Schedule -
Full-time, permanent role
