- Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic or OR
- Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
- Need someone to provide consistent coverage in one-week stretches-either a 5-day (Monday-Friday) or 7+ day block-one or twice per month
- Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.
- Call coverage is for ER and hospital.

- 90 days to credential
- Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and procedures in OR
- Certifications: Active IL license or IMLC in-hand, ACLS, BLS, BC/BE
