  Setting: Hospital-based (with float to ambulatory surgery centers)

  Board Certification: Required (will consider truly Board Eligible if fellowship-trained)

  BLS & ACLS (AHA-certified): Required

  Experience: Minimum 2 years in anesthesiology

  Tertiary Care Experience: Required

  References: 2 professional references required prior to offer

  Float Pool: Providers will rotate between high-acuity inpatient and outpatient settings
  
• 
  No option for outpatient-only work
  
• 
  Cases: General anesthesia; occasional regional (no cardiac, liver, or neuro)
  
• 
  Patient Population: Adults & adolescents (13+)
  
• 
  Support Staff: CRNAs
  
• 
  Solo OR coverage (occasional CRNA supervision)
  
• 
  EMR: EPIC
  

• 
  Regional anesthesia skills: Preferred (not required)

  Must be adaptable and comfortable working in varied surgical environments
