Description: Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract position starting ASAP-January 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Merrillville, IN. Provider will see adults for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to be considered for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred.
