Job Summary:


Responsible to complete any construction/remodeling being done for HOH or any of its subsidiaries and to complete general repair and maintenance of all HOH facilities, vehicles and operations.



Essential Job Functions:



  1. Assist Maintenance Technician in the completion of any work orders submitted by HOH

  2. Help with remodeling or maintenance of any work projects in progress at HOH

  3. Drive to all HOH locations to complete jobs assigned



Job Duties:

  2. Serve in an on-call status unless other arrangements are made with the supervisor.

  3. Maintain current routine maintenance plan. This plan should include vehicles, heat/air units, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.

  4. Assist Maintenance Technician on all job assignments.

  5. Provide feedback to Maintenance Technician both verbally and in written form to update status of current projects or maintenance needs.

  6. Effectively maintain the operational efficiency of HOH vehicles and facilities.

  7. Maintain all necessary documentation (i.e. work orders, materials billing, etc)

  8. Maintain a positive working relationship with the people we support, programs, service providers, and parents and guardians.

  9. Maintain confidentiality.

  10. Keep employment requirements up to date. (I.e. attending classes, vaccination updates, insurance, drivers license, etc.)

  11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA in all program areas.

Requirements:


Required Qualifications and Skills:



  1. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

  2. Must have dependable transportation.

  3. Must have proof and maintain automobile insurance.

  4. Must be able to see, speak, and hear clearly.

  5. Must successfully complete all required training.

  6. Must possess good communication skills. This includes basic reading, writing, and math skills.

  7. Must be able to meet the physical demands associated with general maintenance responsibilities.

  8. May consistently lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

  9. Must be willing to travel

  10. Must be willing to be on call.
