• 24-hour call with 4 hours gratis (7a-7a)


• 21 shifts per month total between all locum providers.
  
  


• Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic Trauma Level III


• FTE: 2.0


• Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN procedures & job duties.


• EMR: Epic


• Support Staff: RN


• Reason for Coverage: 2 locum providers who require a 6 month break.


• Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): Must be able to commit to 7 shifts per month minimum.

• Board Certification OB/GYN - Required or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)


• Active UT License - Highly Preferred


• Active BLS or PALS, & Controlled substance (CSR) - Required for credentialing


• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
  


• Candidate Must be available for a minimum of 7 shifts per month - Required (Must note on submission)


• Candidate must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered - Required
  


• Candidate must acknowledge they understand that call coverage is at 2 sites (concurrent coverage) - Required


• Candidate Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
  


• Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with high priority.
