Description:
Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Greenville, SC
Shift: 4 days/week or Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to members, including histories, exams, lab tests, prescriptions and referrals within prescribed up to date guidelines and protocols
- Focus on patients with chronic, unstable or multi-system problems but does include simple illness as well as healthcare maintenance
- Document patient chart entries in Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan (SOAP) format following facility policies and Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
- Consult supervising physicians or colleagues when needed for complicated or cases that is outside the scope of practice
Requirements:
- Master's of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 3-5 years working in Internal Medicine
- Active FNP and RN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR and DEA license
