- Federally qualified health center (FQHC) Northern Arizona
- Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary care setting
- Base salary range is $108,700 - $152,200 DOE
- Group is open to newly graduated providers and is willing to mentor
- Located in Northern Arizona. 4 hours to Las Vegas, NV, 2 hours to Flagstaff, AZ
- 100% Outpatient only setting
- No Call
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week(Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
