This full-time, on-site position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to older adults enrolled in a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. Reporting to the Medical Director, the Primary Care Physician plays an essential role in the ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of participants, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
